The Model "T" Ford features a culbert overhead valve "T-Go" engine.was a very basic vehicle, and by 1913 the price had come down to around $440. The Model T was not only the only mass-produced car of its day, but it has passed into folklore as the car that put America on wheels. Standard features consisted of three oil lamps only, one on each side and one on the back end. Hedlights, windshield, top, horn, bumpers and speedometer were all extra. However, this Speedster was the top of line and feartures all the extras including the T-Go Racing engine, Monocle windshield, hardwood tool chest and extra brass carriage lamps.

This car originally came from Holtville, Califronia where it had been parked on the ranch of Mr. De Paoli. He had used it for many years as a vehicle to run about the ranch. Henry Ford came from farming stock and he was particularly pleased that farmers took to the T in such a big way.

After extensive restoration in a shop in Los Angeles, it was used for many parades, festivals and exhibits and is a delight to drive.
